The details regarding the Summary Judgment hearing between Ontario Heights (J.G. Turner) and the Village of Victor are regarding sewer units for the proposed project are as follows: 

Ontario County Court House
2nd floor, south courtroom
Judge Harvey will be presiding		 The Court House is located at the corner of Rt. 332 and Ontario Street. It is the large building with the golden dome and the statue of Justice atop.
Tuesday, September 12, 2000
 9:30 am. 

 

Several people will be attending and are willing to provide transportation for anyone who may be interested/available to attend. A flier will be distributed next week with similar details and will include phone numbers of available drivers.
